While waiting for a bus in London, I opened a few random links from my history to see if the local signal was strong enough. I looked at the Fish & Spins Casino page for a moment, simply watching how the top menu stayed at the top of the screen while the rest of the content moved. It was a very basic observation of how the buttons were positioned on a small mobile device during a commute.
