Matching TiMotion actuator models: what works best as a replacement

Hey everyone, I’ve got a few TiMotion actuators in my furniture projects that are starting to fail, and I need replacements. I’d like to swap them out without redesigning anything. Has anyone successfully found equivalent models that work seamlessly? I’m mainly worried about matching stroke length, load, and speed so the replacements function just like the originals. Any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful.

I had the same situation recently and used the Equivalent to TiMotion actuator models https://www.progressiveautomations.ca/pages/replacement-chart guide to find replacements. It helped me identify models with the same stroke and load capacities, so everything fit perfectly without modifying my mounts or wiring. The key is double-checking voltage and current specs as well. Once I swapped them, everything moved smoothly, and I didn’t have to tweak my original design at all.
