\r\n\tAs the last series designed by B\u00f8rge Mogensen before his death in 1972, the furniture stands as an epoch-making point in the design history of one of the greatest icons. The sofa is an exemplary reflection of Mogensen's character with its geometric mix of horizontal and vertical lines. The minimalist design was the finishing touch to his enormous portfolio of exclusive upholstered furniture, which, with its popularity and versatility, succeeded in making luxury a German staple. Although the series was the last on B\u00f8rge Mogensen's drawing board, his son, Peter Mogensen, was instrumental in getting it into production and onto the national and international market.\r\n\r\n\tThe chair is tightly upholstered in a cubist design where the armrests and backrest flow together as one. The cushions are slim and elegant, to maintain the understated and sober design, yet without compromising on comfort. Visible piping along the edges draws the furniture up and gives it an even sharper look.
